POTAGE à LA CITROUILLE

INGREDIENTS

- 250 g de citrouille
- 3 carottes
- 3 cs de crème de riz
- 50 g de beurre
- 1/2 L de lait
- 1,5 L de bouillon
- 3 cs de crème
- 1 cs de sucre
- cerfeuil
- sel
- poivre

PREPARATION

- Faire fondre 25 g de beurre dans une petite casserole
- Ajouter les carottes en rondelles
- Saler et poivrer
- Faire mijoter 10 min à feu doux
- Préparer le bouillon dans un fait-tout
- Arroser les carottes d'u peu de bouillon
- Verser les carottes dans le fait-tout
- Ajouter la citrouille en morceaux
- Ajouter le sucre
- Saler et poivrer
- Faire cuire 1/2h
- Mixer le mélange
- Continuer la cuisson
- Délayez la crème de riz avec le lait froid
- Puis la verser dans le potage
- Faire cuire encore 8 min
- Rectifier l'assaisonnement
- Verser le potage dans une soupière
- Mélanger au potage la crème fraîche et le reste de beurre
- Servir bien chaud avec du cerfeuil haché saupoudré dessus
