PETITS CHOCOLATS AU BEURRE SALé

TEMPS

>> Cuisson : / Preparation : 30 min / Repos : 2 h

INGREDIENTS

Ganache :

- 20 cl de crème liquide
- 200g de chocolat au lait
- 30g de beurre salé
- cacao

Ustensiles :

- moule à bords droits de 5 centimètres de haut.

Finition :

- 100g de chocolat noir

PREPARATION

Etape 1 : Préparation de la ganache

Porter à ébullition la crême et verser sur le chocolat cassé en morceaux. Tourner le chocolat avec une cuillière en bois jusqu'à obtenir un mélange bien lisse (aidez-vous si nécessaire d'un bain marie pour le finir de fondre). Rajouter le beurre, tourner jusqu'à sa complète dissolution.

Filmer un moule à bord droit et verser la ganache dessus. Mettre au frigo pendant 2h.

Etape 2 : Finition

Faire fondre le chocolat noir au bain marie. Verser 50% du chocolat fondu sur la ganache, lisser avec une spatule.

Soupoudrer avec du cacao puis retourner la ganache.

Verser le reste de chocolat noir, lisser à nouveau. Dès que le chocolat à durci (10 minutes), couper suivant vos envies.
