INGREDIENTS

- 4 tranches de foie gras
- 4 figues violettes
- jus de 1 orange
- sucre en poudre (très fin)
- canelle
- miel

PREPARATION

- Découper en 4 les figues et les ouvrir comme une étoile
- Les tremper dans le jus d'orange
- Saupoudrer les figues de sucre
- Passer les figues sous le grill 2 à 3 min pour les faire caraméliser
- Tremper rapidement les tranches de foie gras dans le jus d'orange
- Saupoudrer de sucre de la même façon les tranches de foie gras
- Ajouter un peu de canelle
- Passer au grill 1 min pour qu'elles caramélisent
- Dresser un figue et une tranche de foie gras par assiète
- Décorer avec un filet de miel
- Servir aussitôt
