1 prunau coupé en petits dés
une quinzaine de noisettes mixées
- 2 cs de miel
- 15 g de sucre
- 15 g de beurre mou
- 1 cs d'eau

PREPARATION

ETAPE N°1 Préchauffer le four à 180°c (th 6) Préparer les céréales et fruits secs (1 tasse)



	ETAPE N°2 Verser les céréales dans un bol et ajouter le miel



ETAPE N°3 Mélanger et ajouter le sucre, l'eau et le beurre



	ETAPE N°4 Couvrir un petit plat de papier sulfurisé



ETAPE N°5 Verser le mélange dans le plat et bien tasser Faire cuire 25 min (ça caramélise)



	ETAPE N°6 Sortir du four, laisser refroidir 1 à 2 min puis avec un couteau huilé découper 4 barres



ETAPE N°7 Bien les tasser à nouveau Les conserver dans du papier sulfurisé, puis dans de l'aluminium
