INGREDIENTS
- 750 g mirabelles - 250 g pate brisée - 3 cs sucre en poudre
PREPARATION
Lavez et denoyautez les mirabelles. Etalez la pate dans un moule a tarte beurré. Piquez un peu partout de la fourchette. Saupoudrez de 2 cs sucre et disposez les mirabelles.
Faites cuire à fou chaud 200° pendant 30 minutes.
Ajoutez le reste de sucre et caramelisez 15 minutes.
