INGREDIENTS

- 20 g beurre pour le moule
- 125 g beurre ramolli
- 1 zeste citron
- 125 g farine
- 4 œufs
- 125 g sucre en poudre
- 1 paquet sucre vanillé

PREPARATION

Melangez le beurre et le sucre. Ajoutez les jaunes d'œufs, puis la farine, le sucre vanillé, et le zeste.
Montez les blancs en neige avec du sel. Incorporez à la préparation.
Versez dans les moules beurrés. Cuire à feu doux 180° 5 minutes puis à four chauf 230° 10 minutes.
