INGREDIENTS

- 100 g beurre ramolli
- 200 g farine de blé
- 2 jaunes d œuf
- 5 cl lait
- 1 pincée levure chimique
- 100 g sucre en poudre

PREPARATION

Mélangez la farine avec la pincée de levure chimique. Faites un puits et déposez le beurre en dés avec le sucre. Faites à nouveau un puits et déposez y le lait. Faites une boule avec la pâte, enveloppez la dans un film alimentaire et mettez la au réfrigérateur pendant 1h.
