JAMBON AU CIDRE

INGREDIENTS

Une tranche de jambon de pays désossés de 3 cm d'épaisseur
500 g d'oignon
125 g de beurre
une bouteille de cidre
persil, thym

PREPARATION

Préparer les oignons, les émincer et les faire fondre, jusqu'à ce qu'ils blondissent, dans une sauteuse ou une poêle recouverte, avec 75 g de beurre.

Dans une autre poêle, faire revenir votre belle tranche de jambon sur les deux faces avec le reste du beurre.

Place la dans un plat à destination de votre four à la dimension de la tranche de jambon et ajouter les oignons, le persil et quelques branches de thym mouiller l'ensemble avec votre bouteille de cidre.

Faire préchauffer votre four à 200° et laisser cuire doucement pendant 45 minutes.
