INGREDIENTS

- 150 g beurre
- 500 g farine
- lait
- 20 g levure de boulanger
- miel
- 4 œufs
- sel
- sucre glace

PREPARATION

Faites une fontaine dans la farine. Ajoutez les œufs, le beurre fondu froid, le sel, la levure délayée dans du lait tiède. Ajoutez du lait bouilli froid jusqu'à ce que la pâte soit fine : elle doit être un peu plus lourde qu'une pâte à crêpes. Laissez reposer 1h.
Faites cuire votre pâte dans votre gaufrier, pendant 3 à 5 minutes. Servez avec du miel, ou du sucre glace.
