INGREDIENTS

- 100 g beurre
- 1 cs cacao
- 1 cs cacao
- 1 cs café soluble
- 1 cs café soluble
- 1/4 l eau
- 50 g farine
- 150 g farine
- 500 g fondant en boite
- 5 jaunes d œufs
- 1/2 l lait
- 5 œufs
- 1 cc sel
- 1 cs sucre
- 150 g sucre
- 1/2 gousse vanille

PREPARATION

Faites la pate à choux en incorporant parfaitement les œufs l'un après l'autre (ingredients de farine jusuq'a l'eau). A la poche à douille unie n°13 pour les grands et n°7 pour les petits eclairs, etendez des boudins de pate et faites cuire.
Preparez la crème patissière et laissez épaissir (ingrédient de lait jusqu'au cacao le -1er-).
Partagez la en deux moitié , l'une au cacao l'autre au café. Fourrez la crème dans les éclairs ouverts tout le long.
Separez le fondant en 2, l'une au cacao et l'autre au café, dilués dans une cs d'eau.
Faites le tiédir, nappez en les eclairs.
