INGREDIENTS

- 3 citrons
- 4 kg mirabelles
- 3 kg sucre cristallisé

PREPARATION

Otez les queues et les noyaux. Versez le sucre et mouillez d'eau dans la bassine à confiture. Maintenez une ebullition 5 minutes. Versez les mirabelles et le jus de citron. Attendez la reprise de l'ebullition.
Otez les mirabelles au bout de 10 minutes en les egouttant.
Continuez la cuisson du sirop jusqu'à ce qu'il tombe en fil de l'ecumoire.
Remettez les fruits et comptez 15 minutes après l'ebullition. Mettez en pots.
Laissez refroidir avant d boucher les pots.
