PREPARATION

ETAPE N°1 A faire à la fin d'un barbecue. Sortir le camembert de son papier et le remettre dans sa boite directement. Enlever les étiquettes s'il y en a. Envelopper la boîte dans du papier aluminium. Déposer le camembert dans les braises et le laisser cuire 15 à 20 min.



	ETAPE N°2 Puis le sortir des braises, enlever le papier d'aluminium et soulever le couvercle de la boite : si le dessus du camembert doit rester coller sur le haut de la boîte ! Maintenant il ne reste plus qu'à faire trempette avec des mouillettes de pain...
