INGREDIENTS

- 1 gousse ail
- 1 cs eau
- 8 gros champignons de Paris
- 400 g grosses crevettes
- 1 cs jus de citron
- 1/2 cc moutarde forte
- 1/4 cc origan sec
- 3 petites courgettes
- 8 petits oignons blancs
- 1 cs sauce au poivre
- 4 cs sauce soja
- 1/2 cc sucre en poudre
- 2 tomates
- 1 cs vinaigre

PREPARATION

Décortiquez les crevettes. Disposez les dans un plat. Préparez la marinade en mélangent l'origan, le sucre, la moutarde, le vinaigre, l'ail, le soja, la sauce au poivre, le jus de citron, et l'eau. Versez en la moitié sur les crevettes. Allumez le grill. Préparez 8 brochettes. Coupez les courgettes en rondelles, et les tomates en quartiers. Préparez les oignons.
Faites les brochettes en alternant les crevettes, les courgettes, les oignons, les champignons et les tomates.
Faites griller les brochettes pendant 8 à 10 minutes. Pensez à les retourner. Badigeonnez avec le reste de la marinade.
